My Very Generous Sister-in-Law and her Husband invited us to Steamboat Springs, Co. for the weekend to celebrate their daughters 9th birthday and my 21st!!! We had a GREAT time.

Ok, so the area was not what we expected, but we had a wonderful time and have no complaints.
The kids played with the puppy!
He got more attention on this trip then he's ever had in his life.
We hung out with cousins....
Slept in cozy cabins.... no tents here. We even had showers and flushing toilets.
Eat your heart out Alaskans!!!
Carter had an asthma attack,
but thanks to a near by Wal-mart and cabins w/ electricity there was no rush to an emergency room!!!
We fished....
But in classic Bush Family style.... we were "skunked."
It was COLD!!!
We learned to rope a calf....
And learned from a REAL LIVE COWBOY.
and we rode horses!!!
Everyone on their own horse, with saddles just the right size.
Tyler rode Spit-fire, Katrina on Lady Bug, and Carter on Domino.
It was a FABULOUS get-away!!! One we will never forget!
